The Heart Failure Program is supported, by way of three-year unrestricted grants
provided directly to CCS. The Heart Failure Program is pleased to acknowledge
the continued support of AstraZeneca.
Investor support enables the Heart Failure Program tocontinue to provide:

Quality national symposia and workshops to over 3000 participants
per year |

Create valuable tools and resources such as the website, online learning
modules, office and ward algorithms pocket card and slide sets that meet
the needs of the end users |

Produce annual guidelines that include recommendations and practical tips,
which are published yearly in Pulses -The Canadian Journal of Cardiology. |

Most importantly contributions help the Heart Failure Program improve
practice through partnerships and knowledge translation |
The CCS continues to seek unrestricted investor support for the Heart Failure
Program.
