What's New? - We are!!!!!! CCS launches the redesigned HFCC website with a new look and feel!

CCS is happy to announce, the highly anticipated redesign of the HFCC website is now complete!

Now that we have fully established the CCS Heart Failure Consensus Program, we believe this website redesign should, in addition to serving as a communications tool, be a means to engage the Canadian heart failure care and guidelines communities at large. Further, we believe that the redesigned website should be based upon our 'closed-loop model' of guideline development.

The test version of the new website was evaluated by the members of the Heart Failure Consensus Advisory Roundtable who provided valuable feedback and suggestions, many of which we incorporated into the final design.

The growth of this program since its inception 18 months ago reflects the long-term commitment of CCS and its many members, partners, stakeholders and fellow health care professionals across Canada to identify best practices in knowledge translation and their impact on practice patterns and health outcomes.
